Picking Up An Order

As an accommodation to local customers, orders placed on our site can be picked up at our New York City location to avoid shipping charges.

Note: Our location is not a store. Orders MUST be placed IN ADVANCE in order to be picked up.

If you would like to pick up an order, just type "PICK UP--DO NOT SHIP" in the note window during checkout on our site. Your order will be set aside.

(We try to honor pick-up requests made after an order has been placed. But because we generally ship the same day orders are received, we can't guarantee pick-up availability unless the request is included in the original order.)

We are open for pick-ups Mon-Fri between 10am and 4pm. All orders must be retrieved within two weeks of payment or we reserve the right to ship. We simply do not have the space to hold orders for longer durations.

Orders placed before 1pm can be retrieved the same day. On same-day pick-ups, please allow two hours before arriving to retrieve your order. And be sure to include a contact phone number in case there is a problem with your order.

Shipping charges will be refunded to your credit card or Paypal account the same day you pick up your order. Refunds typically take 2-3 business days to return to your account.

See above for our address, located between 6th and 7th Avenues in Manhattan. (There's only one door on the floor. Proceed through it and a receptionist will assist you.)

Keep in mind that many of our items are very heavy and bulky. (Orders of 72 candles and holders, for example, weigh more than 20 pounds.)

NOTE: We do NOT have hand trucks, or personnel on hand to help you bring an order to the street.
